Richie muss sich der Würgerin Mandy wieder als Objekt für ihren Würge-Spass zur Verfügung stellen. Mit geradem Rücken muss er sich an die Wand anlehnen und das Kinn heben. Dann presst Mandy auch schon mit ihrem Fuß ihren Schuh gegen seinen Hals. Mit der harten Sohle ihrer Schuhe und den Schuhspitzen auch, drückt sie aus dem Stand heraus  kräftig gegen seinen Kehlkopf. Dazwischen nimmt sie auch wieder das Knie zu Hilfe und drückt ihm mit dem Knie am Hals die Luft ab. In allen Varianten und Posen würgt sie Richie mit ihren Schuhen, das sein Kopf schon knallrot anläuft. Dann streift sie ihre silbernen Schuhe ab und presst ihre bestrumpften Füsse gegen seinen Kehlkopf. Das zarte Gefühl von Nylon und dem darin steckenden weichen Frauenfuß tröstet Richie über die Qual hinweg, das er kurz vor dem ersticken ist.
